Laptop problem solved, but why?

I had a problem on an Acer laptop where the mouse pad or errors would not work at all, would react very slowly, the keyboard is, it would take several seconds to register a letter on the screen when it down.Sometimes operation of the keyboard would not work at all. After installing System Restore / System new / install new software keyboard / mouse pad install software. Ran all the known virus software free etc etc etc I spent about three weeks trying different things would be, sometimes it works well, but again the same day. I do not know why, but one Day I will remove the battery, it worked out, I then replaced the battery and it still worked, but after a few hours it would go wonky again.Every time, the problem I removed the battery and bingo it deleted. So I order a new battery, but do not understand why this would happen. Does anyone have this experience before or can someone explain why a battery would cause such a problem? If not, I hope this can help someone.

Before the new battery, may I suggest that you take a Service experts can check the battery / power link. Did not indicate how long it takes to power up the erratic behavior. I suspect that the Battery cut off AC power adapter, and runs on its own, so the funny behavior if it results from power. This may also explain why all the fine work, if the Battery from the path.
