What should I study to improve my skills to the next Scrabble word lists?

So far I already know the list of 2's, almost all 3's, qw / ou, Satine stem cells, stem cells and satire lists. I also know the upper 50 to 100 or so 7-letter bingos in order of probability. I wanted to go further, if. What was to come second best list to help me improve? Should I continue learning with high probability 7's? High probability of 8's? (How many?) Learn more from the stalks lists (Easter, retina, etc)? Learn the 4's? Study once every 4-5 letter words with z, q, j,?
