is the national bingo night illegal?

Gather some small gifts by the dealers in your area such as McDonald's certificates, a small flower from the greenhouse for a game from Wal-Mart, etc. I have done for my Foster parent support group and foster care appreciation day — the merchants are willing to help good in any purpose.
